Growafrogs are live and like all living organisms are temperature sensitive. Your live tadpole and / or frogs are sent weather permitting.
You may experience a delay in shipping if weather conditions are too hot or cold to guarantee safe arrival.
Live Delivery Guarantee. Your Growafrog is absolutely Guaranteed to arrive healthy. In the unlikely event this does not occur you are entitled to a another Growafrog at no charge whatsoever.
Metamorphosis Guarantee. Your Growafrog tadpole is absolutely Guaranteed to morph into a healthy frog. In the unlikely event this does not occur, you are entitled to a tadpole or advanced tadpole or a baby froglet ( your choice ) at absolutely no cost for the tadpole or froglet. We do request shipping charges, only. Shipping at this time is 8.95
Lifetime Guarantee. Your Growafrog will become a ‘family member’ like any pet dog or cat. Should your frog sadly experience an unfortunate mishap at any point in time whatsoever we would completely understand your loss. You are entitled to a baby froglet at absolutely no cost for your froglet. We do request shipping charges, only. Shipping at this time is 8.95
Please note: Once a tadpole and/ or frog has shipped we offer ONLY the guarantees above, We do not offer refunds on living animals. However, if your frog or tadpole has not shipped you may certainly request a full refund.
Non – living merchandise from Growafrog.com such as Habitats, Decoration and Food.
We offer full refunds for 30 days from ship date on all unused non-living merchandise less shipping in either direction. All Habitats are guaranteed for 90 days for leakage and/or damage.

Exchanges
Exchanges are handled essentially in the same manner as returns. Please return the merchandise you wish to exchange (if it qualifies for return as per Non-living merchandise policy above) and purchase another item.
