If you receive your order and it is damaged please hold onto the item in it’s original packaging (including outer shipping box and fillers like styrofoam peanuts, bubble wrap etc.) and contact us so that we may file a claim with the shipping service.
In the meantime we will send you a replacement or give you a refund. In some cases we will ask for your permission to have the shipper (UPS/USPS) call or drop by to access the item(s)..
If your order is lost during transit, we will try to locate your order and either reship your order to you or offer you a refund. If there is any errors, we will do our best to provide you fast and accurate orders. If any questions or problems please email us Gilly@growafrog.com
Delivery Policy
We ship all Food orders ASAP usually within a few minutes after you order.
If you need your tadpoles or frogs for a school project date specific delivery we understand. The very last \box\ in the online ordering process at Growafrog.com is ORDER NOTES.. Please write your delivery instructions there and we wil do our best to meeet yor requirement. Please be aware that we will send your order ASAP, weather permitting, on in stock items. Certain items such as deskHOP, Tube City and Big n Hoppy are custom manufactured to your requirements – especially if you request specific color combinations not available from the default drop down box when you order – and delivery could take an extra 7-10 days in some instances.
